Coulomb Technologies, Inc. the creator of the ChargePoint® Network, the largest online network of independently-owned electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, today announced that Chicago’s famed Soldier Field stadium is the latest business to join the ChargePoint Network. Soldier Field’s three EV charging stations, located now on the ChargePoint Network, are installed in its North Garage and are available to visitors for free. The North Garage is the main parking garage for Soldier Field, which holds more than 200 annual events, and the Museum Campus attractions: the Field Museum of Natural History, the Shedd Aquarium and Adler Planetarium. Soldier Field is now the first stadium in the world to offer ChargePoint charging services for electric vehicles.

Car Charging Group Inc. (OTCBB:CCGI) today announced it has agreed to provide electric vehicle (EV) charging services to Walgreens (NYSE:WAG) (NASDAQ:WAG) through the Coulomb Technologies’ ChargePoint® Network. Car Charging Group was awarded the contract by Walgreens, the nation’s largest drugstore chain, to provide public EV charging services at select Walgreens locations throughout the country.

Coulomb Technologies, Inc today announced the expansion of the ChargePoint® Network into the Boston Metro area with more than 150 stations for electric vehicles. The stations are made available to the State through Coulomb’s $37 million ChargePoint America Department of Energy program. The stations will be located in the Boston metropolitan area, primarily within the Route 495 Beltway. Additionally, Coulomb is partnering with BMW for the Boston release of their new ActiveE all-electric vehicle. Drivers of the BMW ActiveE can easily and conveniently fuel their electric vehicle (EV) at any ChargePoint-enabled electric vehicle charging station in the US as well as access ChargePoint Network’s 24/7 driver support and mobile phone applications, which include station location, real-time availability, station reservations, charging status and turn-by-turn navigation.
