While you sleep
Your EV’s travel cable is usually adequate to charge your EV while you sleep or go about your life. Standard charging allows drivers to charge at home without installing a home charger. Simply plug it into your wall socket. Your travel cable is also a great addition to any EV road trip for backup range.
Around town
Level 2 charging is perfect for most of your daily charging needs. Adding up to 37 miles of range per hour, Level 2 charging is great for refuelling wherever daily life takes you, including at work and around town. All home EV chargers are AC chargers.
On the road
DC fast charging is designed for rapid charging when you’re short on time, often on long road trips. DC fast charging powers many EVs up to 80% fully charged in 20–30 minutes. It’s important to remember that DC fast charging is often more expensive than AC charging. Not all EVs are compatible with DC fast charging.
