One App for All Your Charging Needs
Download the ChargePoint app to your mobile phone and log in with your account info. If you don’t have that info, contact your provider. With the mobile app, you can take advantage of features like automatic home energy reimbursement, selecting business or personal charging and more.
Enjoy the Convenience of Charging at Home
Home charging is easy and convenient. Just plug your car in at night and when you wake up in the morning, you’ll have a fully charged car ready to hit the road.
- Your provider will send an email with a link to order your home charger if your EV charging package includes one. If you haven’t placed your order yet, do it today so you can start charging at home as soon as possible.
- After you order your charger, a certified installer will contact you to ensure you’re ready to charge at home. The installer will schedule an installation appointment with you, then deliver, install and activate your charger.
- Have you set up automatic home energy reimbursement yet? You only need to do this once and the money will show up in your bank account every month.
