How to Activate Your ChargePoint Card
Be sure to order a ChargePoint card when you set up your account. When you receive your card, make sure to activate it so you can start a charge on any public ChargePoint or roaming partner station.

From the main menu at top left, go to My Account.

Choose Manage Cards.

Click the plus icon at the lower right and select Activate Card.

Enter the serial number on the back of your ChargePoint card.
Once a card is activated, you can tap it on any ChargePoint or roaming partner station to unlock the station so you can plug in and start charging.
