How to Select Business or Personal Charging

ChargePoint is here to help you find a place to charge wherever you go. If your EV charging package includes paid public charging for business purposes, you can select whether a charging session is for business or personal purposes. Your provider will automatically cover the cost for business charging, and you’ll pay for any personal charging.

Switch Account Types

Click on your current charging session to see Charging Status.

Select Purpose.

Select Business or Personal for the session as appropriate.

You may need to add payment info to your account to pay for personal charging sessions.
