Rick Wagoner

Mr. Wagoner has served as a member of ChargePoint’s Board since February 2017. From 1977 to 2009, Mr. Wagoner held numerous senior positions at General Motors Corporation, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2003 to 2009. Mr. Wagoner currently serves as a director of Invesco Ltd., since October 2013, and Graham Holdings Inc., since June 2010. Mr. Wagoner previously served as a director of Aleris Corporation from August 2010 until April 2020. Mr. Wagoner holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. ChargePoint believes Mr. Wagoner is qualified to serve as a member of the ChargePoint Board based on his extensive experience in the automobile industry, general management experience and public company board service.
