PECO has administers the Public Benefit Program designed for both Level 2 and DCFC chargers available to the public. Applicants can be commercial, industrial, or governmental PECO customers. Incentives are capped at 50% of total eligible project costs (include equipment, installation, and make ready work). This is a first-come, first-served program and interested applicants are encouraged to submit a pre-approval application.
