OptimizEV Home Charging Program

New York State Electric & Gas Corporation (NYSEG) offers two options for residential participation for EV charging at home. Enrolling in the Baseline Tier, customers are eligible to receive a one-time enrollment incentive of $25 and monthly on-going incentives for shifting 80% or more of home charging to off-peak time periods. An additional Advanced Tier provides enrollees a one-time enrollment incentive of $150 for scheduling smart charging sessions that NYSEG may control during high-peak times.
