The Alberta Municipalities Electric Vehicle Charging Program (EVCP) provides funding to applicants for the installation of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in Alberta. Both Level 2 and direct current fast charging (DCFC) stations are eligible for reimbursement under this solicitation. Up to 46% of total project costs for a maximum of $5,000-$75,000 per station are available depending on power level. A single site may receive up to $100,000 in funding while a single applicant may receive up to $300,000. Applicants may submit multiple applications on a first-come, first-served basis from now until all funding has been allocated.
