  • Govtech covers a Sierra Club survey that showed voters favor regional action to address pollution: 73 percent of respondents considered air pollution to be a serious issue and 68 percent said climate change is a very serious problem.

  • You can already charge at some Kroger stores… but soon you may not have to go there at all, thanks to driverless grocery delivery covered in the Wall Street Journal.

  • The 2019 Chevy Volt will have about 53 miles of electric range, but recharge in half the time of previous models: just two hours, according to CNET.

  • Engadget reports that Volkswagen and Renault are both working on electric car-sharing services.

  • Green Car Reports shares that, by 2025, JLR will offer gas, hybrid and all-electric versions of every model it sells. Green Car Reports also designates 2019 the year of the electric SUV, with the Jaguar I-PACE, Audi E-tron, Mercedes EQ, Volvo XC40, BMW iX3, Hyundai Kona Electric, Kia Niro EV and more already here or coming soon.
