Jon Shaer

As Director of Retail, Fueling and Convenience, Jon is expanding ChargePoint’s footprint in the convenience and broader retail industries across North America. Previously, as Executive Director of the New England Convenience Store & Energy Marketers Association (NECSEMA), Jon advocated for policies in the best interests of the convenience store and transportation fuel industries, while managing daily affairs and finances for the organization. Prior to joining NECSEMA, Jon served as Vice President at Mutual Oil Co., Inc., handling all branded and unbranded dealer sales, customer, supplier and vendor relationships, and contract negotiations. He is a past member of the National Association of Convenience Stores’ (NACS) legislative committee and the Energy Marketers Association of America’s (EMA) convenience store committee. He holds a degree from Syracuse University.
