The California San Diego County Air Pollution Control District (SDCAPCD) is offering $20M for public and private MDHD and off-road fleets to install Level 2 and DC fast chargers and deploy MDHD and off-road EVs through its 2025 Carl Moyer Program. SDCAPCD will provide reimbursement of up to 60-100% of eligible project costs depending on project details. Applications will be evaluated competitively and are due by May 7, 2025.
