PG&E Empower EV Program

PG&E allows residential customers who meet income requirements, the ability to enroll into their Empower EV Program. Through the program, PG&E will cover up to $2,000 in costs for electrical panel upgrades per single-family home. There is no cost to enroll and upgrades will be completed by the Program's licensed electricians. Customers will automatically be enrolled in PG&E's time-of-use rate plan and must remain on the rate for a minimum of six (6) billing cycles.
