The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) has funding available for their 2025 Electric Vehicle (EV) Infrastructure Grant Program. Eligible applicants include public agencies, non-profits, private companies, and Tribal organizations. DC fast charging stations with a minimum of 150kW per port are eligible for this incentive. Sites must be publicly accessible 24/7 with access to a variety of amenities such as restaurants, convenience stores, or tourism destinations. Funding amounts will be decided by NMDOT based on project scoring. This is a competitive solicitation and applications are due by December 20, 2024.
