The California South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) is offering $43.4M for public and private MDHD fleets to install Level 2 and DC fast chargers and deploy MDHD EVs through its 2025 Carl Moyer Program. SCAQMD will provide reimbursement of up to 50-100% of eligible project costs depending on project details. Applications will be evaluated competitively and will be accepted between March 14, 2025 and July 1, 2025.
