Jeffrey Harris

Mr. Harris has served as a member of ChargePoint’s Board since December 2018. In 2012, Mr. Harris founded Global Reserve Group LLC, a financial advisory and investment firm focused primarily on the energy and technology industries. In addition, he has been a Venture Partner of Quantum Energy Partners, a private equity firm focused on the energy industry, since 2012. Previously, Mr. Harris was a managing director of Warburg Pincus LLC, a private equity firm, from 1983 until 2011. Mr. Harris served as a director of Knoll, Inc., until July 2021 and of InterPrivate II Acquisition Corp., until December 2022. Mr. Harris holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. ChargePoint believes Mr. Harris is qualified to serve as a member of the ChargePoint Board based on his extensive financial expertise and knowledge of the energy industry and clean technology.
